PROCESS✦ A commission form is send, I'll be contacting you with a confirmation through the provided email within. Outlining the details, pricing and any additional questions I may have, just to make sure we're clear with every detail!When all details are set out I will send you a paypal invoice. After the invoice is paid, I'll get to work! I'll keep you updated with the progress and ask for feedback.GENERAL INFORMATION✦ Please include a description and visible references. The more info the better, poses, clothes, colors, desired elements, facial expressions, etc. It can be your own sketch too!✦If you have a mood or concept in mind but no visual idea, you can choose to give me artistic freedom and I'll play around with the concepts you give me.I will draw: fanart, ships, OCs, real people, animals, gore/blood, furry, mecha-armors, some nudity, feel free to ask.
I won't draw: NSFW, complex backgrouns, offensive/hate/political content.✦ I reserve the right to reject and refund a commission if I don't feel comfortable with the subject, deadline, amount of characters, etc.TURNABOUT TIME✦ If you have a specific deadline in mind, feel free to discuss it with me beforehand and I'll be sure to let you know ahead of time if I can make it for that deadline or not.✦ I’m working on other commissions and projects too, so the maximum delivery period would be 2 months and a half.PAYMENT✦ All payments will be made through PayPal in USD. The commissioner will need to supply their email to receive an invoice. The invoice acts as a contract and receipt, allowing both parties to access and view the contents of the commission agreement.✦ Payment must be made in full beforehand. I will not start work on the commission unless payment is received.COMMISSION USE✦Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. No commercial use, reproduction or any kind of profit. No NFTs or AI.✦ By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which includes the right to distribute, post on social media, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. I have the right to stream/show on my networks the process of the commission aswell.✦ You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you can not alter the artwork itself.✦ You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credits for the work.✦ I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONIn case you might need to cancel the commission and nothing has been started yet, I will give a complete refund. Once the sketch has been approved, the client is not allowed a refund.REVISIONS & EDITSMinor changes are fine, big ones will cost extra, that's why I ask you to be extremely clear from the start. I will ask for confirmation accordingly when I send out the final product. As conformity with the final piece is confirmed there won't be further changes.Please do not change things as poses or characters after the sketch confirmation.
